1. DJI Care Pro can be linked to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
• Product new and not activated;
• Device activated no more than 30 days ago.
2. In order to enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Pro and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or geographical region.
Unlimited number of repairs
A coverage limit of 6999 euros within 2 years.
Water damage, fall damage and other accidents are all covered with an unlimited number of free repairs within the coverage limit.
Factory maintenance
Two factory maintenance services including component tests, firmware updates and replacement of fragile components along with an official maintenance report.
Global service and support
You can access repair service at any DJI Authorized Repair Center worldwide after confirmation of product eligibility.
The repair rates are different according to the policies of different local repair centers.
