Product Description
The TPS110M-Flycart30 system is an advanced and professional tethering solution for multi-rotor drones, designed to ensure long-lasting, uninterrupted flights. Consisting of an air module, a ground module, and a high-quality tethered cable, this system allows you to replace the drone's original battery with a constant and stable power supply via cable, eliminating the need for frequent replacements and recharging.
The TPS110M-Flycart30 Air Module operates with a variable voltage input from 600 to 900Vdc and provides a constant output of 58.5Vdc with a nominal power of 18,000W, reaching peaks of over 19,000W for 10 seconds. Its plug-and-play design allows for quick and easy battery replacement without the need for structural modifications. The integrated dissipation system with an active fan and forced cooling ducts ensures optimal operation even in the most demanding environments.
The ground module provides a three-phase power supply adjustable from 700 to 900Vdc and a constant power of 20,000W, with peaks of up to 22,000W. The automatic reel adjusts the cable tension and speed in sync with takeoff and landing, supported by a backup battery to ensure safety even in the event of power outages. This robust system is equipped with multiple protection features for maximum operational safety and a wide range of interfaces for easy remote control and monitoring.
The 110-meter tethered cable is made of high-temperature resistant aeronautical materials and is designed for high mechanical and electrical resistance, ensuring durability and efficiency even with over 1,000 rewinding cycles. Its insulated composite structure ensures excellent electrical safety with an insulation voltage exceeding 3,000 VDC.
