DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 4 product replacements over two years at a small fee.
To use Flyaway Coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation has not been completed before a flyaway incident occurs, Flyaway Coverage cannot be used.
Attention: DJI Care Refresh products, being digital products, are non-refundable after receiving the activation code via email.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or geographical area, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
