1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Portable device activated no more than 30 days ago.
2. When you purchase DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate it and pair it with your applicable DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For any replacement request, you will receive a new product or one that is equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
