The AMS Desiccant (Pack of 6) by Bambu Lab is an essential accessory to keep your filaments dry inside the AMS (Automatic Material System). This high-quality desiccant is designed to effectively absorb moisture, preventing printing problems related to filament moisture. Its distinctive feature is the color change: from a white powder it turns into a yellow paste when it has absorbed enough moisture, clearly indicating that it is time to replace it. Each pack contains 6 packets of desiccant, ensuring a long-lasting supply to protect your filaments.
Directions for Use:
- Remove the protective film from 2-3 new desiccant packets and install them into the appropriate slot in the AMS.
- Close the AMS lid to isolate the system from outside air.
- Check the desiccant every 2 weeks and replace it when it turns yellow.
