Large printing space

The PEEK-300 has an impressive build space of 300x300x400 mm. Being able to print PEEK in these dimensions is very positive.

Dual extruders

The PEEK-300 extruders include an intelligent cooling system. This ensures that the filament is always fed at the optimal temperature. The height-adjustable nozzles allow you to quickly and easily align the two nozzles. Perfect when you want to 3D print with support, various materials or just two colors. All CreatBots from 3D Prima come standard with dual extruders.

Liquid cooling

The cooling system is one of the most important components in a printer, and even more so in a printer that can reach high temperatures. The PEEK-300 features a newly designed liquid cooling system that circulates water inside the hot-end and keeps it at the optimal temperature.

Air pump cooling

To assist the liquid cooling system, the PEEK-300 also has an air pump cooling system. The feature that distinguishes this printer from others is that it takes cool air from outside, instead of simply using the hot air inside the printer.

Filament detection system

Should you run out of filament during a 3D print, don't worry. The 3D printer will enter pause mode and allow you to change the filament, then you simply press Resume, easy!

High-temperature 3D printing

The nozzles can operate at temperatures up to 500°C. This means that a wide range of different filaments can be used, including PEEK

Continuous 3D printing

If a sudden power loss occurs, the PEEK-300 remembers the last known position, saves it, lowers and retracts the filament. When power is restored, you can continue 3D printing.

Enclosed and heated build area

The build chamber of the PEEK-300 can be heated to 120°C. Thanks to this feature, the printer can maintain a constant temperature, which means there is much less risk of cracks and warping. This is a problem often encountered with ABS, for example, on printers without a heated build chamber.

Heated print bed

The PEEK-300's print bed can reach 200°C. This is essential if you want to print materials like PEEK, PEKK and similar materials.

Print with precision and speed

With the PEEK-300, CreatBot has gone a step further in terms of speed, precision, and reliability. Resolution up to 0.04 mm and print speed up to 120 mm/s (optimal speed 40-60 mm/s). Combine all this with a powerful direct-drive setup and you have a printer that will perform at its best every time you use it.

Fully enclosed build space

On the CreatBot PEEK-300, you have a fully enclosed build space that prevents large 3D prints from breaking or warping.

Triple thermal insulation

Triple thermal insulation consists of a double insulating chamber, advanced insulating materials, and double vacuum PC boards. It guarantees ultra performance and safety.

HEPA air filtration

The air filter system can absorb impurities and gases generated by printing special filaments, making it safer and more protective for the environment, and more suitable for home, school, and office.
