The D400 HS features a new generation intelligent dual extruder system with auto-lifting. The hotend is quickly interchangeable to support nozzles of various diameters (0.3 – 1.0 mm). The topologically optimized design reduces printhead inertia, enabling higher speed and agility.

Automatic Dual Nozzle Shutter

A precision mechanical shutter automatically seals the inactive nozzle when it lifts, creating a physical barrier against material leaks and cross-contamination. The result is impeccable multi-material and multi-color quality, layer after layer.


Actively Heated Chamber | 70 °C

The double layer of insulating cotton allows the chamber to reach a stable 70 °C, preventing warping and shrinkage in large technical materials.

Why Not All Heated Chambers Are Equal

As the internal temperature increases, the metal frame expands, the axes misalign, and mechanical components shift. These micro-distortions accumulate layer after layer, causing:

  • Layer misalignment and irregular surfaces
  • Loss of dimensional accuracy
  • Structural defects in large parts

Continuous Operational Reliability

Power outage recovery: the printer automatically saves position and print data. Upon restart, it resumes exactly from the point of interruption.

Filament run-out detection: pauses printing and notifies the operator to replace the spool without losing progress.

Backup mode: if the filament in the main nozzle (no. 1) runs out, the printer automatically switches to the secondary nozzle (no. 2), ensuring production continuity.


Removable Magnetic Platform

Proprietary magnetic platform made of aerospace aluminum, heat resistant above 100 °C and not subject to demagnetization over time. Large models are easily removed with a flat and uniform base.


External Air Cooling

The medical-grade pump delivers powerful and constant air pressure with minimal noise, designed for continuous 24/7 cycles in professional environments.
