Sermoon D3 is the new filament printer in Creality’s Sermoon D series. The Sermoon D series is tailor-made for industrial designers. Prototyping, jigs and fixture making, or design verification, everything is covered. You can even use it to mass produce some small but oddly shaped parts or products. The great thing is that it provides fast prints with stable and high quality in a cost-effective way.

Industrial-grade stability
Sturdy frame with thick metal plates and 4 vertical profiles made of aerospace aluminum. All X, Y and Z axes are supported by 60HRC hardness stainless steel linear shafts. The printer can withstand the inertia force of the moving print head well. The integrated X/Y axis gantry system is CNC machined with 0.01mm precision for perfect fit. Precise high-torque motors and durable timing belts and pulleys further reduce mechanical errors and increase precision.

Reliable extrusion at a temperature of 300 °C
"Sprite" dual gear direct drive extruder provides strong extrusion and retraction force. Internally polished copper alloy nozzle and bimetallic heat break run smoothly at high and long-lasting temperature with less heat loss. And it has the two large 5015 cooling fans.
Big but also delicate
Sermoon D3 offers a generous build volume of 300x250x300mm. Meanwhile, this stable and precise machine creates extraordinarily delicate prints with a precision of 0.1mm, with barely visible lawyer texture.
Up to 5x faster printing speed
Advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 micro step, realizing smooth printing up to 5 times speed. The production capacity will increase several times for a given period.
Connected for a smarter way of working
Remote Printing: Once the printer is connected via Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet port to LAN or Internet, users can print from a PC or phone with Creality Print software from Creality Cloud app.
Remote Monitoring: With the built-in webcam, users can monitor the printing progress in real time on Creality Cloud. Time-lapse is also allowed.
Fewer cracks with low heat
The adjustable heated bed up to 110°C pairs well with the heat retention case. Your print now has a uniform, warm, enveloping feel, free from ambient airflow, so less crackling and edge curling.
*Note: The case is intended for printing with ASA, PA, ABS and other high melting point filaments. For regular filaments such as PLA and TPU, please remove them during printing.
Consider the safety features
The built-in 2 HEPA air filters will purify PM0.3 particles and toxic compounds generated when printing with ABS and other filaments. When the door is opened during printing, the printer will send out alarms, pause and cool down quickly, so as to avoid being burned or pinched.
