Industrial-grade stability

Sturdy frame with thick metal plates and 4 vertical profiles made of aerospace aluminum. All X, Y and Z axes are assisted by stainless steel linear shafts with 60HRC hardness. The printer resists the inertia force of the moving print head well. The integrated X/Y axis gantry system is CNC machined to 0.01mm accuracy for a perfect fit. Precise high-torque motors and durable timing belts and pulleys further reduce mechanical errors and increase precision.

Reliable extrusion at a temperature of 300°C

"Sprite" dual gear direct drive extruder offers strong extrusion and retraction force. Internally polished copper alloy nozzle and bimetallic heat break operate smoothly at long-lasting high temperatures with less heat loss. And it has the two large 5015 cooling fans.

Large but also delicate

Sermoon D3 offers a generous build volume of 300x250x300mm. Meanwhile, this stable and precise machine creates extraordinarily delicate prints with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, with a barely visible lawyer texture.

Up to 5 times the printing speed

The advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 micro step, realizing smooth printing up to 5 times speed. Production capacity will increase several times over a given period.

Connected for a smarter way of working

Remote Printing: Once the printer is connected via Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet port to the LAN or Internet, users can print from a PC or phone with the Creality Print software in the Creality Cloud app.

Remote Monitoring: With the built-in webcam, users can monitor the printing progress in real time on Creality Cloud. Time-lapse is also allowed.

Fewer cracks with low heat

The heated bed adjustable up to 110°C pairs well with the heat-retaining case. The print now has a smooth, warm, snug feel with no ambient airflow, so less crackling and edge curling.

*Note: The case is intended for printing with ASA, PA, ABS and other high melting point filaments. For regular filaments like PLA and TPU, remove them when printing.

Consider the safety features

The 2 built-in HEPA air filters will purify PM0.3 particles and toxic compounds generated when printing with ABS and other filaments. When the door is opened during printing, the printer will send alarms, pause and cool down quickly, so as to avoid burns or pinching.
