Certifly - On-the-fly certification service

Certifly is the software solution designed for drone operators who want to simplify flight documentation management, ensure compliance with ENAC/EASA regulations, and always fly in total safety. From the initial configuration of your operational profile to the post-flight log, Certifly automates data organization: enter your information just once and generate all official documents whenever you need them.

Main Features

• Centralized data entry: Register your organization, pilot team, drone fleet, and flight areas just once. All fields will automatically pre-fill your operations manual, declarations, and official applications.
• Preventive compliance check (GO/NO-GO verification): The system automatically analyzes your mission and highlights missing or expiring certificates, insurance policies, or registrations before takeoff, avoiding issues during inspections.
• Always up-to-date Geozone map: View permanent no-fly zones, regulated zones (P/R/D), CTRs, and ATZs in real-time. Draw your flight area on the map and immediately get an eligibility result for your operation.
• ENAC Cycles and Packages Management: Organize documents by operation type (OPEN Category, STS, PDRA, SORA). Monitor requirement progress and download the entire documentation package for ENAC in a convenient PDF or ZIP file.
• Historical Archive and Mission Details: Keep track of every flight phase (draft, planned, in-flight, completed). Documents, flight logs, treatment data (e.g., phytosanitary), and post-flight reports remain archived and accessible at any time.

Why choose it?

• Save time: Eliminate repetitive bureaucracy and manual form filling.
• Zero errors: Receive clear alerts on what is missing before planning and executing a mission.
• Everything under control: An intuitive dashboard that displays the daily status of your fleet, certificates, and planned missions.
