The complete kit includes:

• Float glass with pre-installed magnetic sheet
• Flexible magnetic PEI printing surface

Note : Also available as a consumable (flexible surface only) for later replacement.

Compatibility

This upgrade is compatible with:

• BCN3D Epsilon (with self-calibration)
• BCN3D Sigma D25 (with autocalibration)

Important : Printers must be equipped with a Autocalibration . If your printer doesn't have this feature, you'll need to remove the flexible surface each time you calibrate the bed.

Installation and Configuration

Installation requires replacing the original borosilicate glass with new magnetic float glass. Once the kit is installed, the flexible surface can be replaced as many times as needed without having to repeat the entire procedure.

Important Technical Considerations

XY Calibration : For accurate and reliable XY calibration, remove the flexible surface and use the original borosilicate glass.

Material limitations : The flexible surface is not compatible with metal filaments due to their significant thermal contraction. For these materials, you must use original borosilicate glass.

Maintenance : The flexible print surface is a wear component. Its lifespan depends on the materials used, your cleaning routine, and printing temperatures. Replace the surface when you notice a decrease in adhesion or visible damage.
