Ultracur3D RG 1100 from BASF is a high-strength resin for demanding applications. It offers excellent temperature and chemical resistance. The resin is ideal for mechanical and automotive parts, covers, brackets and housings.

Ultracur3D RG 1100 is a high-strength polyurethane-based engineering grade resin with mechanical properties comparable to widely used injection molding grades used in the automotive industry or other demanding industries. Due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT 116°C), good chemical resistance and long-term UV stability, this material is ideally suited for applications such as automotive connectors, demanding technical parts, external covers, brackets and housings.
