BASF ULTRACUR3D RESIN CLEANER - 5 KG

The Ultracur3D cleaner removes any uncured photopolymer resin from printed parts and is compatible with a wide variety of resins, incl. most resins in the Ultracur3D portfolio.

Characteristics:

• Rinsable with water
• No damage to the "green" part or cured resins when used as recommended

Cleaning Procedure:

• Immerse the part in a agitated bath of Ultracur3D Cleaner for up to 10 minutes. Typical recommended cleaning time is between 5 and 8 minutes. Some require cleaning in less than 5 minutes.
• Rinse with 2-propanol for another 1-3 minutes
• The 2-propanol can be removed with compressed air or the parts can be dried at room temperature. For accelerated drying, heat the part for approximately 10 minutes at 60°C (140°F)

Ultracur3D Cleaner is not harmful, is not flammable at room temperature and can be heated up to 50°C to increase cleaning efficiency. This cleaner is suitable for washing industrial components and cleaning equipment.

Ultracur3D® Cleaner can normally be used until it contains approximately 10-20% resin, or until the cleaning performance is significantly reduced. Subsequently, it must be disposed of according to local regulations.
