The Bambu Lab TPU 90A This is the most flexible filament in the Bambu Lab range, designed to combine durability and shock absorption. With a Shore hardness of 90A, this thermoplastic elastomeric material offers the perfect balance between elasticity and structural rigidity, ideal for creating functional shock-absorbing components, ergonomic grips, gaskets, and anti-vibration parts.

Bambu Lab's TPU 90A stands out for its excellent layer-to-layer adhesion, ensuring strength and durability over time. It's soft enough for elastic applications yet maintains solid structural strength capable of withstanding real-world loads. The filament also offers exceptional wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance even under intensive use.
A distinctive feature is its compatibility with multi-material printing: TPU 90A combines seamlessly with PLA and PETG through beam interlocking in Bambu Studio, allowing you to create hybrid prints where rigid and flexible zones blend seamlessly. This feature is exclusive to compatible dual-nozzle printers like the Bambu Lab H2D.

Ideal Applications
This filament is perfect for producing protective cases, helmet and seat padding, non-slip tool grips, elastic components for prototypes, dampers, and parts requiring shock absorption.
Press Tips
For best results, we recommend drying the filament at 50-70°C for 4-8 hours before use, as TPU is hygroscopic. It's important to disable dynamic flow calibration and maintain the default speed limit without excessively increasing acceleration. Smooth or textured PEI sheets are recommended for optimal adhesion.
