Considerations

• Dust and grease buildup on the print plate will reduce adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with water and detergent to maintain optimal adhesion.
• Increasing the temperature of the heated bed improves adhesion. Users should adjust the temperature of the heated bed according to their specific needs to achieve the most suitable adhesion level.
• To restore adhesion, the textured PEI surface can be carefully sanded with fine-grit sandpaper (600 grit is recommended).
• If bubbles form on the bottom of the smooth PEI sheet, heating it on a heating pad at a temperature no lower than 80 degrees for several hours can help eliminate them.
• Do not clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI plate with acetone, as this will damage the PEI surface.
• Bambu Lab recommends using only official Bambu Lab glue on Bambu Lab print plates and cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to plates as a result of using third party glue on print plates.
• Always wait a few minutes before removing the printed models, so that the plate cools down and makes it easier to remove the prints. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long life of the product.
• The Bambu Double Texture PEI plate is considered a wear part that will degrade over time. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or cracks. Only plates defective upon arrival are covered under the warranty.
