Product Description

Bambu Support for ABS is a support filament based on HIPS Designed specifically for ABS, ensuring secure adhesion during printing and easy mechanical removal after cooling, minimizing marks and defects on the part.
It is compatible with the AMS Bambu Lab system and is supplied on a reusable high-temperature spool, with profiles and parameters stored via RFID for “load & print” printing without manual configurations.
The formulation allows you to work with a Z distance equal to 0 on the upper surface, obtaining almost scar-free contact surfaces, greater sharpness of details and much faster post-processing than traditional ABS supports.

Main advantages

Usage notes and applications

• Ideal for technical parts in ABS/ASA where clean functional surfaces (insertions, couplings, threads, snaps) and rapid and controlled release of the supports are required.

• It requires a printer with a closed chamber and good room ventilation, since pungent odors typical of high-temperature materials may be emitted during printing.

• It can be removed mechanically or, if necessary, dissolved in limonene, always following the appropriate safety regulations for solvents and vapors.
