The AlgoLaser DIY Kit MK2 is a precision diode laser engraver designed for makers, professionals, and small businesses who wish to assemble their laser machine themselves. Featuring a 3.5" IPS touchscreen with the AlgoOS operating system, the device offers intuitive touch-to-engrave control without the need for a computer for basic operations.

General Technical Specifications

The system uses a diode laser with a wavelength of 455±5nm and advanced spatial coherence technology for high-precision engraving. The working area is 400mm x 435mm with the possibility of expansion up to 400mm x 880mm via an optional extension kit. The maximum engraving speed reaches 12,000mm/min with a motion accuracy of 0.01mm.

The system integrates 7 main safety functions: motion protection, thermal protection with flame detection, eye protection, emergency stop button, child lock, tilt detection, and USB disconnection detection. Laser protection glasses must always be worn during use.

Automatic Resume: In case of interruptions such as power outages or emergency pauses, the machine automatically resumes work from the point of interruption.

Batch Production: "Again" function on the touchscreen for quick serial production.

AlgoType: Direct text input on screen for custom text engraving.

Inverse Engraving: To achieve better contrast on specific materials.

Note: Pay attention to oily woods or those with high resin content due to fire risk. With the 20W module, over 500 color shades can be engraved on stainless steel.

The DIY Kit MK2 is fully compatible with a rotary roller, smart protective enclosure, and smart camera.
