The FlowTech Hotend utilizes a sealed heating core and nozzle/thermal switch assembly to eliminate filament leakage and thermal runaway. By integrating the titanium nozzle and thermal switch into a single, precision-machined assembly, it ensures a robust and leak-proof hotend that can withstand even the harshest conditions.

Exceptional flow performance

Thanks to its specially matched Bondtech CHT 0.4 mm high-flow nozzle, the FlowTech Hotend can reach flow rates of up to 50 mm³/s, enabling rapid printing without compromising layer quality or adhesion. The CHT design divides the melting zone into multiple chambers for more uniform material deposition and fewer weak spots.

Simplified installation and maintenance

Designed for maximum simplicity, this hotend is designed for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon build and installs as a plug-and-play upgrade, with no firmware changes required. It supports cold-start nozzle replacement without preheating or hot-tightening, making maintenance quicker and safer.
