Meltio Engine Robot Integration

Turn a robotic arm into a metal 3D printing system with no inherent size constraints. Meltio Engine Robot Integration is the perfect platform for large and complex 3D printing, repairing, cladding, and adding features.
Thanks to our commercial agreement with Wire Trading S.A.S., an official KUKA Robot distributor, we are able to offer you a complete solution tailored to your production needs.
Robotic Metal 3D Printing Integration
The most affordable large-scale metal 3D printing solution, the Meltio Engine integrates with any robotic arm manufacturer and interface on the market.
High complexity
Create highly complex parts with infinite degrees of freedom.
Retrofitting
Provide new capabilities to any robotic arm by turning it into a metal 3D printing system.
Part Repair
Economically viable component repair, part augmentation, and feature addition.
Large Size
No inherent constraints when the workspace is only limited by the size of the motion system.
