Repair procedure

To open your warranty repair request for products purchased from us, visit the following link , we will reply as soon as possible.

We accept out-of-warranty repairs of DJI drones purchased from our store and third-party stores. The fixed cost of management and possible shipping is €30 + VAT, in addition to the cost of repairing the product itself. We take care of we of all, you will not have any steps to follow, other than confirming or not the repair estimate and waiting to receive it back at home.

We accept repairs of 3D Printers only sold by our store, the printer serial number and proof of purchase will be required.
