Requirements

To print this carbon-PLA filament, you need the right extruder ( hardened steel nozzle) made of hardened steel for the XYZprinting 3D printer.

XYZ PLA Carbon Fiber NFC

XYZ PLA Carbon Fiber NFC Filament is a blend of PLA (polylactic acid) and carbon fiber. This allows you to create impact-resistant 3D models with an exceptional surface finish.

The high-quality PLA plastic and carbon fiber composition allows for prints with an attractive matte finish and a slightly shimmering surface. With a simple upgrade, you can now produce stunning prints at home with your XYZprinting printer.

Lighter and more robust at the same time

Improved strength to weight ratio compared to regular PLA. Carbon properties make your prints stiffer (less bending) and more impact resistant. This texture is ideal for printing RC car parts, drones, propellers, frames and more!

The right tools for your project

XYZprinting compatible printers come with a stainless steel nozzle and can be upgraded with the special hardened steel nozzle. This has been specially developed with the abrasive nature of XYZ carbon filament in mind and ensures longer life and high quality prints.
* Immediate nozzle maintenance is recommended after each print.
* Not recommended for printing large overhangs or bridges. It is recommended to create such prints in individual parts and then put them together.

I notify

It is recommended to store the filament in a sealable bag after each use, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
