  Class 1 laser safety certification

  xTool S1 adopts a fully closed integrated refractory shell design. Large area high permeability cover plate, with good dual-band filtering ability, at the same time allows you to get rid of ugly eye protective glasses, helping you to clearly observe every step of processing.

  Four-level security protection

  • Newly upgraded 5-way flame sensor system (4 front and rear baffles, 1 laser head) offers additional flame sensing capabilities.
  • Equipped with open cover detection and base plate detection sensors to realize an emergency stop when the cover is opened, effectively preventing the loss of the laser.
  • With tilt/impact detection function, tilting or moving the fuselage will stop and automatically trigger the alarm, to ensure the safety of the process.
  • Emergency stop design, manually reachable emergency stop button, can stop processing at any time to ensure operator safety.

  40W: Through laser compression technology, laser light speeds of 8 to 6W are compressed into 40W, achieving high-power cutting efficiency comparable to CO2 machines.
