The Inslogic × SUNLU FilaDC i10 filament dehumidifying cabinet is designed to keep 3D printing materials in a stable, low-humidity environment for long-term storage. Stable low-humidity filament storage

The Inslogic × SUNLU FilaDC i10 is designed to protect filament from moisture during storage by maintaining a controlled low-humidity environment. The cabinet automatically keeps relative humidity between 10% and 45% RH at room temperature, helping to reduce moisture-related issues before the filament reaches the printer. This makes it suitable for the long-term storage of materials such as PLA, PETG, and technical filaments, including more moisture-sensitive materials that benefit from controlled storage conditions.

Molecular sieve dehumidification

Unlike traditional filament dryers that rely primarily on constant high temperatures, the FilaDC i10 uses a molecular sieve system to physically absorb moisture from the air inside the cabinet. During operation, the molecular sieve collects moisture from the interior air. A PTC heating system then releases the collected moisture and restores the molecular sieve's absorption capacity before the cycle repeats automatically. This ensures continuous humidity control without keeping the stored filament at high temperatures.

The cabinet can hold up to 10 standard 1kg filament spools with a maximum size of Ø200 × 67 mm. Its interior dimensions of 385 × 258 × 488 mm provide ample storage space while keeping multiple materials protected in a single enclosed environment.

The external dimensions are 395 × 300 × 508 mm, making the FilaDC i10 suitable for organized filament storage in workshops, print rooms, and other 3D printing environments.

Quiet and energy-efficient operation

The FilaDC i10 is designed for continuous storage with low power consumption. Inslogic and SUNLU specify a power consumption of approximately 0.23 kWh in 24 hours under the stated test conditions. The operating noise level is less than 30 dB, making the cabinet suitable for environments where it may remain active for extended periods.

More than just filament storage

The controlled low-humidity environment can also be used for other moisture-sensitive items. Beyond 3D printing materials, the cabinet can be used to store items such as electronic components, cameras and optics, documents and collectibles, powders, and other materials that benefit from controlled humidity.
