What benefits will a Multi PHS bring to your company?

Quick and easy material change

The fine-grained polyamides used in SLS 3D printing are morphologically distinct from each other – and provide different mechanical parameters after sintering. The more significant the difference, the deeper PHS cleaning is required. The station is designed so that all key spaces are within easy reach - with the vacuum and other accessories the complete deep cleaning takes up to 30 minutes!

Multi-material

MultiPHS has 6 settings programmed to work with multiple materials. This includes the most common types of SLS powder, not only from the Sinterits palette but also third-party materials. This allows for maximum versatility and opens up a wide range of possible applications.

Compatibility with all printers

SLS The workstation can be used with all Sinterits printers, but also with any compact or industrial SLS device available on the market. However we recommend using a complete Sinterits solution, we also understand that our customers may have a more diverse fleet to meet their specific needs. To meet these needs we made sure that our workstation could adapt perfectly to any professional 3D printing setup.

Efficient powder recovery – up to 95%

Efficient dust recovery - up to 95 The MultiPHS collects all unsintered dust in the 20l container. You can reuse this powder in your next print. Simply add fresh powder to the powder chamber and the PHS does the rest, setting you up with a refreshed powder mix for your next run.

If you want to upgrade more rarely used material, you can also use the individual sieving cycle - you don't have to put the powder through the entire system. Advanced powder management system MultiPHS works in sync with all the other components of the Sinterits solution: printer, ATEX vacuum and sandblaster, to give the user maximum control over the use of the material.
The workstation also features an advanced dust recovery system for optimal material recovery, enabling cost reduction through reuse. Intuitive interface The improved panel allows the user to choose between 5 different screening programs dedicated to morphologically different materials. Added dust sensors detect overloading or complete depowdering and shorten the cleaning process.

Panel also controls connected peripherals like vacuum and sandblaster.
Adjustable workspace
The grid in depowdering chamber can be lowered and adapted for large print cakes from NILS and other industrial-grade printers. Changing the setting from one system to another only takes a couple minutes.

The set includes accessories compatible with the compact and industrial series. Tool holder is fixed on strong magnets and can be moved easily. Dust cover The plexiglass cover minimizes the spread of dust, without compromising working comfort. It protects the user from inhaling dust from the air, which is in line with even the most stringent safety requirements.
