The MINGDA Raptor 450 is an industrial IDEX 3D printer designed for processing technical and high-performance materials.
Thanks to its build volume of 450 × 450 × 500 mm, an actively heated chamber up to 120 °C, and hotends capable of reaching 500 °C, it allows for the production of functional components from materials such as PEEK, PC, PA, and carbon or glass fiber reinforced polymers.
The IDEX system with two independent extruders enables dual material, dual color, soluble support, copy, and mirror modes. This configuration allows for both the creation of complex geometries and increased productivity by producing two components simultaneously.
The Raptor 450 integrates Klipper firmware, rapid movement up to 600 mm/s, automatic calibration, RFID material management, and intelligent AI-based monitoring. IDEX System
The two independent extruders allow for different operating modes:
- Dual Material: use of two different materials in the same component;
- Dual Color: production of two-color parts;
- Support Mode: use of a dedicated support material;
- Duplicate Mode: simultaneous production of two identical components;
- Mirror Mode: simultaneous production of two mirrored components.
Automatic calibration of the offset between the two nozzles reduces manual adjustments and simplifies the start of operations.
Industrial Thermal Control
The actively heated chamber up to 120 °C allows for maintaining a uniform temperature throughout the printing process.
This reduces the risk of warping, detachment from the bed, and internal stresses when working with technical materials subject to high thermal contraction.
The bed can reach 130 °C, while the 500 °C hotends expand the range of polymers usable in industrial applications.

The MINGDA Raptor 450 supports technical and composite materials, including:
PEEK, ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, PA, ABS-CF, PC-CF, PET-CF, PET-GF, and other materials compatible with extrusion temperatures up to 500 °C.
Actual compatibility depends on the filament manufacturer's formulation, required temperature, and drying conditions.
