HeyGears UltraPrint Tooling PAE10 resin is an industrial-grade, highly flexible translucent elastomeric material, developed to accurately replicate the elastic and tactile properties of rubber and silicone with a hardness of 49 Shore A. Specifically designed for functional soft tooling, elastic components, and flexible prototypes, PAE10 resin offers an exceptional elongation at break of 433%, high tear strength (5.8 kN/m), and rapid, reliable elastic recovery even under repeated cyclic mechanical stress. The formulation ensures a smooth, non-tacky surface finish straight from the print plate, making it ideal for seals, ergonomic grips, gaskets, and soft robotics components.
