HeyGears UltraPrint Molding PAH10 3D Resin

HeyGears UltraPrint Molding PAH10 resin is an engineering-grade technical material designed for high-temperature applications and harsh thermal environments. Developed to withstand extremely high heat deflection temperatures (HDT), PAH10 combines exceptional mechanical rigidity with high dimensional stability. It allows engineers to produce functional prototypes, silicone molds, and test components that maintain their integrity under continuous thermal and mechanical stress.

Key Features

  • High Thermal Resistance: Engineered to withstand high thermal loads without deformation or softening. The Clear Tan variant offers an HDT of 110 °C (@0.455 MPa), while the Black formulation is optimized for fluid dynamics testing and hot gas flows.
  • Rigidity and Structural Strength: Featuring a tensile modulus of up to 3330 MPa (3150 MPa for the Black version), it guarantees excellent long-term resistance to deformation for industrial load-bearing structures.
  • SMOOTH Finish and Sharp Detail: Produces parts with tight tolerances (±0.05 mm), defined geometric details, and a clean surface finish straight from the build plate.
  • Aging Resistance (UV and Thermal): Subjected to 600 hours of UV aging tests (equivalent to 8 years indoors or 1 year outdoors) and 1600 hours of accelerated thermal aging tests with minimal chromatic and dimensional changes.

Target Applications

  • Thermal and Fluid Dynamics Testing: Hot gas manifolds, fluid flow test components, and engine compartment prototypes.
  • Tooling and Molding: Silicone casting molds, thermoforming tools, and heat-resistant assembly jigs.
  • Engineering Prototyping: Electronic component housings, under-the-hood automotive parts, and functional brackets for heavy loads.

Printer Compatibility

  • HeyGears Ecosystem: Integrated into the Blueprint Studio software with pre-set, optimized print parameters.
  • Open MSLA/LCD Printers: Compatible with third-party desktop 3D printers with a 405 nm UV wavelength.
