The FLUX HEXA RF series represents the high-performance professional solution produced by FLUX. It is the company's first line equipped with a CO2 laser source featuring a metal radiofrequency (RF) tube, available in 30W, 60W, and 80W versions.
Compared to traditional direct current (DC) glass laser tubes, metal RF technology ensures superior engraving precision, a significantly longer source lifespan, maintenance-free operation, and constant operational stability, which is ideal for mass production.
Main Features:
- Exceptional Precision and Sharpness: The ultra-fine 0.07 mm laser spot combined with a resolution of up to 2000 DPI allows for 4 times more defined details than standard glass tubes.
- High Working Speed: Reaches a maximum engraving speed of 2000 mm/s and acceleration up to 3G, doubling the speed performance of conventional models.
- Long Operational Life: The metal RF tube ensures a service life of up to 20,000 hours, which is twice as long as glass laser tubes.
- Reconfigured Power Efficiency: The energy output of the RF beam offers cutting and engraving performance equivalent to DC glass tubes with significantly higher wattage.
- Dual HD Camera System: Integrates a 16 MP wide-angle HD camera and an 8 MP close-up HD camera for millimeter-precise project positioning.
- Large Working Area: Offers an extended working field of 730 × 410 mm.
