SR is the latest Delta-based 3D printer independently developed by FLSUN. The Delta printer comes with several smart features like auto-leveling, a full-color capacitive touchscreen, and 4 ultra-quiet TMC2209 stepper drivers.

  Fast printing speed is its biggest advantage. Its default print speed is 150 mm/s (about 3-4 times that of the i3 architecture), and even though it runs at 200 mm/s, its quality performance is good. Compared with other ordinary 3D printers, printing the same model can save about half the printing time!

  SR uses a 32-bit high-speed motherboard with four TMC 2209 installed on the motherboard. It is quieter, more stable and has higher printing precision.

  

  Structure entirely in metal

  The sleek all-metal design of the Super Racer not only gives the 3D printer a high-quality look, but also ensures clean movements and less vibration. A dual gear extruder ensures higher torque, stronger extrusion, stability and durability.

  Volcano hotend

  A Volcano hotend with high melting capacity has two turbo fans and a cooling fan installed to prevent nozzle clogging. Such a hotend also allows you to experiment with different nozzle sizes and flow rates and be more creative and exploratory in 3D printing.

  Linear guides

  The precise linear guide with 10mm belt, high rigidity and a high-precision, quiet and fast high-torque, quiet and fast stepper motor ensure not only sufficient power but also the desired precision at high printing speed.

  

  3.5 inch color capacitive touchscreen

  A 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with a redesigned user interface and operating logic optimized with user habits supports 8 display languages ​​and has a one-button factory reset function.

  Resume printing and filament detection

  Based on Marlin 2.0.6. Self-developed open source firmware supports print resume and filament sensor function. Printing projects that cease due to, for example, loss of power or lack of filament can be easily resumed thanks to the print resume function and filament detection.

  The printer arrives 90% pre-assembled, making assembly quick and easy. Furthermore, fast and precise automatic leveling makes it easy to start printing quickly.

  

  Heating bed with removable glass top

  The coated glass plate and the aluminum plate are attached separately, which makes cleaning, maintenance and disassembly easier. The heated bed can be heated up to 100°C and has a good adhesive effect, regardless of whether it is PLA or ABS printing.
