The DJI FlyCart 100 It is an industrial-grade cargo drone designed to transport heavy loads over long distances with maximum safety and reliability. With a payload capacity of up to 85 kg in dual battery configuration and a maximum take-off weight of 170 kg , this system represents the ideal solution for logistics, rescue, construction sites and deliveries in remote areas.

Performance and Battery Life

The FlyCart 100 offers two operating configurations to suit different needs:

• Dual battery configuration : carries up to 65 kg for a maximum distance of 12 km with a flight time of 14 minutes
• Single battery configuration (emergency): carries up to 80 kg for 6 km with 7 minutes of flight
• Unloaded flight : range up to 26 km

The DB2160 41Ah batteries support 1,500 charging cycles and recharge from 30% to 95% in just 9 minutes using the C12000 Intelligent Power Supply charger.

Loading Systems

The drone is available with two interchangeable transport systems:

• Lifting System : weight 55.2 kg, ideal for standard loads with 10-15 metre cable
• Winch System : weight 60.2 kg, adjustable cable 0-30 meters with retraction speed 1.2 m/s, weighing function and automatic balance control
