DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows for up to 2 product replacements at an additional cost.
To use the Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.
If this binding operation has not been completed before a flyaway incident occurs, the Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh products, as digital products, are non-refundable after receiving the activation code via email.

It offers three replacements over two years at a minimal cost and covers various types of incidents, to always keep you worry-free.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can be linked to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or geographical area, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new or like-new product in terms of performance and reliability.
