CREATBOT PEEK-300

CreatBot PEEK-300 is a new industrial-grade 3D printer that focuses completely on high-performance materials such as PEEK and PEI. The printer is designed for high reliability and economical 3D printing of high-performance functional materials.

Large print space

The PEEK-300 has an impressive build space of 300x300x400 mm. Being able to print PEEK in this size is very positive.

Double extruders

PEEK-300 extruders include an intelligent cooling system. This ensures that the filament is always fed at the optimal temperature. The height-adjustable nozzles allow you to align the two nozzles quickly and easily. Perfect when you want to 3D print with support, various materials or just two colors. All 3D Prima CreatBots come standard with dual extruders.

Liquid cooling

The cooling system is one of the most important components in a printer, and even more so in a printer that can reach high temperatures. PEEK-300 features a newly developed liquid cooling system that circulates water inside the hotend and keeps it at the optimal temperature.

Air pump cooling

To aid the liquid cooling system, the PEEK-300 also features an air pump cooling system. The feature that sets this printer apart from others is that it takes cool air from outside, rather than simply using the hot air inside the printer.

Filament detection system

If you ever run out of filament during a 3D print, don't worry. The 3D printer will go into pause mode and allow you to change the filament, then you simply press Resume, easy!

High temperature 3D prints

The nozzles can operate at temperatures up to 500°C. This means that a wide range of different filaments can be used, including PEEK

Continuous 3D printing

If a sudden loss of power were to occur the PEEK-300 remembers the last known position, memorizes it, lowers and retracts the filament. When the power comes back on you can continue 3D printing.

Enclosed and heated construction area

The PEEK-300 build chamber can be heated to 120°C. Thanks to this feature the printer can maintain a constant temperature which means there is much less risk of cracks and warping. This is a problem often encountered with ABS, for example on printers without a heated build chamber.

Heated build platform

The PEEK-300 build platform can reach 200°C. This is essential if you want to print materials such as PEEK, PEKK and similar materials.

Print with precision and speed

With PEEK-300, CreatBot has taken another step forward in terms of speed, accuracy and reliability. Resolution up to 0.04 mm and printing speed up to 120 mm/s (optimal speed 40-60 mm/s). Combine all this with a powerful direct drive setup and you have a printer that will perform at its best every time you use it.

All building space closed

On the CreatBot PEEK-300 you have a fully enclosed build space that prevents large 3D prints from breaking or warping.

Triple thermal insulation

The triple thermal insulation consists of a double insulation chamber, advanced insulation materials and double vacuum PC boards. It is a guarantee of ultra performance and safety.

HEPA air filtration

The air filter system can absorb impurities and gases generated by printing special filaments, safer and more environmentally protective, more suitable for home, school, office.
