Reliable dual extrusion with high flow

The Sermoon D3 Pro printhead features two hotends that share an extruder. The dual extrusion system is lighter than ever and is capable of high flow of 32mm³/s and printing at 300℃.

Ways dual extrusion boosts productivity

• Water-soluble support: It can print supports with water-soluble material separately, without problems, to obtain intact and complex models.
• Easy to remove support: It can print supports separately with material that can be removed without any tools, saving post-processing time.
• Two-tone printing: Improves aesthetic appearance with color patterns and highlights aspects of 3D printed models.

Instant extrusion change

Sermoon D3 Pro adopts single-sided nozzle lifting system that allows you to quickly change the extrusion. Furthermore, the system has undergone rigorous testing to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Automatic XYZ offset of the 2nd hotend

A calibration module is used to automatically compensate the XYZ of the 2nd hotend. It is much faster and more precise than manual offset.

Thermostatic chamber for forging robust prints

The chamber is installed with an active heater inside. Envelops the print with a warm, constant ambient temperature of 60℃* to reduce internal stress, warping or cracking.

Stay leveled automatically for a long time

A strain sensor in the print head probes the print surface in several places and levels it automatically and precisely. There is no need for a calibration card or Z offset. Once done, it remains effective for a long time.

Different filaments for wide applications

The Sermoon D3 Pro is proven to print well with 29 filament types, great for creating patterns with a broad spectrum of properties on demand.

Flexible build plate

Sticky and heat resistant to fit various filaments. Foldable for effortless print removal. The finely ground surface makes the bottom of the model fine and smooth.
