This voucher provides debinding and sintering services up to 0.5kg. The service is provided by ELNIK, a leading manufacturer of debinding and sintering equipment, in collaboration with BASF. The debinding and sintering service is valid for both Ultrafuse 316L and Ultrafuse 17-4PH. This service cannot be used with filaments from other manufacturers.

How does it work

BASF's debinding and sintering service is voucher-based. Each voucher purchased entitles you to the processing of a maximum of 0.5 kg of pieces and includes the cost of returning the processed pieces (only within the European Union). The cost of sending the components to BASF is borne by the customer.

The pieces sent must meet the following requirements:

• The total weight of the pieces cannot exceed 0.5 kg.
• The maximum dimensions of each piece cannot exceed 100 x 100 x 100 mm.
• The walls cannot be thicker than 25 mm, as this would lead to insufficient debinding and a failed sintering process.
• All parts must be made of the same material.

How to use the voucher

BASF's D&S platform is very easy to use, and in just a few simple steps, the user can book the service, track the order, and even take a look at the steps and details of the D&S processes as they are performed.

The process is summarized in these 6 steps:

• 1. Order your Voucher with a unique code.
• 2. Go to the D&S portal.
• 3. Create a free personal account (private or business).
• 4. Submit your code to the D&S platform.
• 5. Select the filament type: 316L or 17-4 PH and enter the required information (quantity, weight, dimensions, thickest wall, filler percentage). And ship the printed parts.
• 6. Track your order and receive the metal parts from D&S service partner.
