Bambu Lab X2D — The New Generation of the X Series
The dual nozzle changes everything. Supports are no longer an issue.
The X2D is the printer that replaces the X1 series and redefines what it means to print in multi-material on a desktop machine. It's not an incremental upgrade: it's a change in philosophy. With its dual nozzle system with mechanical switching, the X2D clearly separates the model filament from the support filament — and when printing is finished, the supports detach without leaving a trace, without marks, without a struggle.

* Complies with EU cybersecurity requirements RED Article 3.3(d)(e) and ETSI EN 303 645 V2.1.1:2020
For those who want to print real things, not just decorations.
The X2D heats a nozzle up to 300°C and an actively heated chamber up to 65°C, with two distinct operating modes: cooling for PLA and simple materials, heating for ABS, ASA, and Nylon where thermal control eliminates warpage and adhesion problems between layers. The result is a machine that works for both decorative prototypes and functional components that need to be truly durable.
Precision that doesn't degrade over time.
Belts wear, mechanical components drift. The X2D knows this, and compensates for it. The Vision Encoder detects every slightest movement drift and corrects it in real-time, maintaining a constant volumetric precision of 50 microns even after thousands of hours of work. What you print today will be identical to what you print in two years.
Dynamic Flow Calibration builds a non-linear model of extrusion behavior based on filament humidity and nozzle wear, ensuring consistent extrusions even with imperfect spools.
Multi-material and multi-color without waste.
With the dual nozzle system, the nozzles switch in a fraction of a second, drastically reducing wasted filament in transitions compared to traditional single hotend systems. TPU for flexibility, PLA for structure — all in a single print, without having to choose.
Clean air, quiet operation.
The three-stage filtration system combines a G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter, and coconut shell activated carbon to reduce VOCs and odors. In Silent mode, the X2D drops below 50 dB, quiet enough to run in the office without disturbing anyone.

¹) For optimal print quality, use the main hotend to print these filaments. ²) Printer voltage specifications vary by sales region. Before use, check the label next to the power socket on the printer to ensure that the supplied voltage matches the indicated voltage. ³) To ensure the heated bed quickly reaches the required temperature, the printer will maintain maximum power for approximately 3-5 minutes.
