L'essiccante al silicone che cambia colore assorbe l'umidità e mantiene asciutta l'aria all'interno dell'AMS 2 Pro. Quando l'essiccante ha assorbito abbastanza umidità, le particelle gialle al suo interno diventano viola. Quando l'essiccante diventa viola, deve essere sostituito con uno nuovo.

Nota: L'essiccante deve essere rimosso dal sacchetto di plastica trasparente sigillato prima di essere inserito nell'AMS 2 Pro.
