Automatic filament identification
Bambu Lab filaments are equipped with RFID tags that are automatically recognized by the AMS, allowing you to optimize settings for your chosen material. For perfect synchronization, RFID tags are automatically updated through Bambu Studio. Non-Bambu Lab filaments can be manually configured for use in Bambu Studio or on the printer.
Elevate your color palette
Each Bambu Lab AMS offers four filament slots and up to four AMS units can be installed in parallel, supporting up to 16 colors. You can make vibrant, multi-colored prints that stand out with ease by connecting four AMS units via the AMS Hub .
