Product Description

Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0 is a high-performance 3D resin designed to offer high impact resistance, great toughness, and excellent dimensional accuracy. Compatible with 405 nm wavelength LCD/DLP printers, it is ideal for figurines, architectural models, aesthetic prototypes, and functional prototypes that require robustness, reliability, and a clean finish.

With a tensile strength of 30-42 MPa, an elongation at break of 60-72%, and an Izod impact strength of 143 J/m, this resin ensures more elastic and less brittle prints compared to standard resins. The low volumetric shrinkage of 4.3-5.6% also helps to maintain high detail accuracy and dimensional stability of the finished model.

Recommended Parameters

For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends a layer thickness of 0.05 mm or 0.1 mm, depending on the printer used. The exposure time for the first layer is 20-40 seconds, while standard exposure ranges from 1.5 to 3 seconds. The recommended printing temperature is between 20 °C and 50 °C, with a recommended wavelength of 405 nm.

Post-processing and Storage

After printing, the models should be washed with ethanol or IPA for at least 3 minutes and then UV cured for approximately 3 minutes. The resin should be stored in its original container, protected from light and at a temperature between 20 °C and 50 °C, with a shelf life of 18 months.
