Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system and 14K display

The resin printer uses the new Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system in combination with a 14K high-resolution screen. The result is better overall light source performance and faster curing of the printed model layers.

The 14K display has a resolution of 13312 x 5120 pixels and an XY resolution of 16.8 x 24.8 µm. This allows you to print detailed and complex structures with maximum precision and sharp details, as well as beautiful surface quality.

COB light source with front reflectors + Fresnel lenses

The Photon Mono M7 uses a new optical design solution consisting of a COB light source with forward-facing reflectors and Fresnel lenses. The technology ensures uniform light intensity within an angle of ≤ 3° and light uniformity ≥ 90%.

A special off-light compensation algorithm can dynamically adapt the off time of the light source under the display to the exposure area of ​​the print model.

Automatic leveling

The resin printer is ready for immediate use. The device is automatically and precisely leveled to "zero", eliminating the need for manual leveling.

Intelligent auto-detection feature

With seven intelligent detection functions and automatic startup inspections, the printing process is simplified, reducing human errors and realizing a collaborative experience in photopolymerization 3D printing.

• Component connection status detection: Automatically check the status of the release film and automatic resin filling unit.
