WASP 40100 LDM is the new 3D printer designed to print any fluid-dense material: Clay, Stoneware, Porcelain and Terracotta.
COMPONENTS AND FEATURES WASP 40100 LDM
- LED bar with printing status indicator
- Interactive interface
- Network connection
- Screw extruder
- Large prints
Fast, precise, flexible
The new WASP 40100 LDM (Liquid Deposition Modeling) is the perfect tool for medium/large scale ceramic 3D printing.
Precise and fast in the use of all ceramic materials, the machine is open and accessible on all three sides to allow interaction during printing.
The machine is equipped with an extruder LDM WASP Extruder 3.0, the professional ceramic extruder equipped with a screw system capable of regulating the output flow of the material, allowing rapid flow interruption and good retraction control. The optional LDM WASP Extruder XL 3.0 is a larger version of the LDM 3.0, allowing you to work with larger nozzles and higher material flow rates up to 8mm diameter.
Compatibility and expandability of multiple accessories
The WASP 40100 LDM is compatible with a range of optional accessories that expand its capabilities.
The Continuous Feeding System (CFS) allows you to constantly add new material to the printer, overcoming the limited capacity of the tank.
The Manual Feeding Extruder is designed for printing with fast-setting cement and geopolymers, thanks to the stainless steel funnel body and self-cleaning system.
Finally, the Automated Production System (APS) allows the printing of ceramic products in series, automatically replacing the printing plate with a new one. The already used printing plate is transported independently on a conveyor belt waiting to be picked up.
Remote control
WASP 40100 LDM can be connected to the network and therefore managed directly via mobile phone, tablet or computer. A camera has been inserted inside the printer to monitor printing even remotely.
Interactive interface
The user experience has been further simplified with the adoption of a new 7-inch TFT touch display and an LED bar positioned at the top of the printer, which allows you to recognize the progress of the job from afar.
Resurrection and Free Zeta System
The Resurrection System allows users to save their print job and resume it in the event of a power failure. With the Free Zeta System the machine measures the height at which printing is interrupted and restarts from there.
