We remind you that not only for the school year you are entitled to €500 to spend in our store, but if you have a credit from the past School Year this will be added to your teacher wallet for a maximum amount of €1000 available for your purchases.

What is the Teacher Card?

The Teacher Card is an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, which provides a bonus of 500 euros per year to be used for updating and training. It can be used by permanent teachers of state schools, including teachers who are in training and probationary periods, declared unfit for health reasons, teachers in command positions, secondment, out of role, teachers in schools abroad, military schools. The Teacher Card cannot be used if the teacher has been suspended for disciplinary reasons.

How does it work?

Use your SPID user to access the bonus provided for the school year. To learn in detail the requirements needed to benefit from the initiative and the operational instructions, you can visit the official Carta del Docente website . You will also find out how to create your first voucher and how to request, if you do not already have it, your digital identity (SPID), necessary to make purchases.

How do I spend the teacher bonus at 3Digital?

Purchasing technology with your Teacher Bonus is simple:

IN STORE

    1. Ask us if the item you want to buy can be paid for with the teacher's card
    2. Generate the hardware voucher and show it to us at the checkout along with the identity document of the voucher holder.

ONLINE

    1. Add the chosen product to the cart (eligible products show the teacher card poster next to the buy button). If you are not sure, check with us whether it can be purchased with the teacher card or not.
    2. From the cart click the button request the invoice and enter the tax code of the voucher holder (mandatory)
    3. Choose "Teacher Card" as your payment method
    4. Once you have completed check-out , send us the generated voucher (as a hardware purchase ) in response to the order confirmation email you received or via WhatsApp to allow us to validate it, along with the tax code of the owner . Normally within 2 working hours you will receive the invoice confirming the validation of the voucher. If the voucher does not cover the entire amount purchased, you will receive a link in response to your email to pay the remaining difference.
    5. Wait for the shipping tracking and enjoy your new purchase!

NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED WITH THE TEACHER CARD, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS CONTACT US !

ORDERS PLACED WITH A TEACHER CARD FOLLOW AN INTERNAL LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT FLOW THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM NORMAL ORDERS.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED ONE WEEK ON SATURDAY, THIS MEANS THAT SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED COMPARED TO NORMAL PAYMENTS
