How shipments work

In most cases our shipments depart from our Italian operational headquarters, however, if the goods are out of stock in Italy but available in our European warehouse, the shipment will be processed from the latter.

The goods we sell are already VAT INCLUDED AND CUSTOMS CLEARED. You will not have any problem managing any imports, as all our catalog goods are invoiced by our Italian company.

Choose 3Digital and avoid unpleasant surprises of purchasing from a foreign site and finding yourself paying unnecessary foreign duties and customs charges.

Some small items such as filament spools, consumables or accessories may already have free shipping, even if they do not reach the minimum order of €499 (minimum €899 for DJI products).

Some high-value (e.g. Drones or High-Value Printers) or bulky shipments may still not qualify for free shipping, due to high courier and insurance costs.

By adding products to your cart you will be able to see when you have reached free shipping.

Note: Did you know that if you buy directly from manufacturers or suppliers based abroad you should pay VAT to customs agencies? In short the price you see online is without VAT and customs duties, not everyone knows this.
