HIGH POWER LASER MODULE SNAPMAKER 10W

This is a class 4 laser product. You should always use the 10W high power laser module with the Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure covered.

The Snapmaker 10W High Power Laser Module is compatible with the Snapmaker 2.0 A350T/A250T, F350/F250 and A350/A250.

F350/F250 users need to choose the package consisting of 10W high power laser module and laser engraving and cutting platform according to their machine model.

Improve your game with innovative laser beam splitters.

The 10W laser module features the latest laser beam splitters, allowing for a leap in power from 5W to 10W. This means you can now play with a wider variety of materials and do more projects.

Meanwhile, the working speed of the 10W laser module can reach up to 6000mm/min, cutting lime trees up to 8mm thick[2]. To put things in perspective, the cutting speed is up to 8 times that of the 1.6W laser module[3]. It can literally complete a laser job in the blink of an eye.

Not only strength, but also finesse.

With Fast-axis Collimating (FAC) lenses integrated into the two laser diodes, the module first compresses the laser spot of each laser diode. Then combines the laser beams of the two laser diodes using beam combining technology, achieving higher output power and ultra-fine laser focusing (0.05mm × 0.2mm), which enables higher density of energy. A smaller laser focus and higher power provide high-quality laser work with flawless detail.

The unique wind channel within the 10W laser module ensures excellent wind pressure, blowing fumes away as the laser beam cuts through the material, sending them directly into the grids of the laser engraving and cutting platform, which are then conveyed outside, reducing their interference on laser processing.

Autofocus in seconds.

There is no longer any need to manually measure the material. Place the material on the platform and the module will calculate it for you. Thanks to the triangulation technique, the module is able to measure the thickness of the material obtaining some data sets on the camera and the light emitter. Then it will adjust in Z orientation so that the focal point falls right on the surface of the material[4]. You can finish focusing in seconds.

With the improved camera capture process, the wide-angle HD camera captures your material in one shot and allows you to get an instant preview in Luban of your laser work on the material. Controlling your workspace is now completely hassle-free.

We don't just care about user experience, we also value user success. That's why we have undertaken extensive material testing and created a case library in Luban for you. It gives you access to complete sets of recommended parameters for common laser materials, so you can pick one and get started right away.

Orientation detection, keep you safe while being adventurous.

To protect the user and bystanders, we have included a gyro sensor in the module, which ensures that no laser beam escapes if the module is installed incorrectly or deviates from the designated position.

One module of two blowing systems.

Prolonged exposure to high temperatures will shorten the life of the laser diode. The 10W laser module has two separate blow systems for its PCBA and its laser diode to ensure the diode is cooled properly every time you use it. With proper use, the lifespan can be up to 8,000-10,000 hours[5].

Overheat protection: Prevention is better than cure.

The module automatically stops working whenever its temperature sensor detects a higher than normal working temperature (exceeding 55℃/131℉). Once the temperature is back within the normal range, you can resume your work on the touchscreen.

Expandability, as always.
