The MINI's industrial-grade scanner accuracy of 0.02mm allows even the smallest parts to be accurately scanned and presented as such. The output model has a high density of point clouds with a point spacing of 0.05 mm. MINI can be used for making dental casts, jewelry design, garage kit reproduction, miniature 3D model making and other fields and cases where you need to get high-precision detailed models.

MINI adopts industrial-grade blue light technology, which projects ultra-high-resolution structured light and has strong ability to resist ambient light. The class 1 blue light used in the MINI scanner is harmless to the human body and can be scanned directly on the skin [2] making it safe and easy to use for all possible applications.

Scanning speed Up to 10 fps

Revopoint MINI has a scanning speed of up to 10 frames per second. With the help of updated intelligent algorithms, it is possible to significantly reduce merging errors in subsequent scans. The integration of a proprietary chip enables the MINI to directly output 3D data.

The S1 handheld stabilizer is designed for Revopoint 3D scanner series, including POP and MINI series. It is equipped with a built-in high-precision gyroscope and stabilization device. It can effectively eliminate the poor accuracy of point cloud and track image loss. This allows for smooth scanning without stalls.

Double Axis Turntable

The A230 Dual-Axis Turntable is a custom-made accessory for Revopoint scanners. It adopts 360° horizontal design, about 30° vertical angle and controlled rotation path for fast point cloud data acquisition. It solves the previous problems of incomplete data acquisition or gaps caused by improper operations such as ambient occlusion, greatly improving the scanning quality and efficiency.

Scanning Spray

AESUB is a globally recognized scanning spray solution provider. The purpose of a scanning spray is to create a non-reflective surface on objects while scanning to increase efficiency during scans. It works by providing a thin, even coating that automatically fades within 4 hours, meaning no post-scan clean-up is required. The AESUB blue series contains no pigments and will not cause damage to sensitive scanning devices, laboratories or production sites.
