DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 3 product replacements with an additional cost of 159 euros for the first, 199 euros for the second and 219 euros for the third. The additional cost for Flyaway is 699 euros.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated if the drone has been activated within the last 48 hours.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• New and unactivated product;
• Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.

2. When you purchase DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate it and pair it with your applicable DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For any replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
