420℃ Auto-rising double extruders
D1000 comes with a new hotend with intelligent dual extruder hotend kit with automatic temperature rise up to 420℃. The hotend can be quickly replaced with a different size. It is capable of printing not only huge water-soluble PLA + PVA materials for prototypes at maximum speed, but also ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible and high-performance materials for direct application. The dual hotend is easy to maintain and convenient to replace.
Interruption recovery and filament detection
The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save the print data. Lower the platform and retract the filament when it suddenly shuts down. It will continue printing from the last point it stopped after power on. No trace! The printer will prevent invalid prints by pausing printing and alerting you when the filament runs out.
Linear guide and servomotors
When it reaches a length greater than 1000 mm, the small rail has a large deflection. The precise structure of D1000 linear guide is very thick and strong. The filament drying chamber provides chamber temperatures of 45°C and 65°C to dry 2x5kg/roll filaments such as PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other water-absorbent materials.
Automatic leveling platform
Using 100 points through the high-precision servo probe to initially save the level of the platform flatness data, through the Z-axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.
HEPA air filter
