TPU Ultrafuse 95A

Building on the legacy of decades of BASF experience in flexible materials, this material is based on the proven Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethane, which stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency. With its outstanding abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for applications subject to wear. Parts molded with this material are characterized by high elongation at break, excellent layer adhesion and good resistance to industrial oils and chemicals.

• Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C
• Bed temperature: 40°C
• Build chamber temperature: closed, passively heated chamber
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4mm
• Bed Modification: Adheres to different types of print bed (preferably glass)
