Write to us at indicating:

-a detailed description of the problem and any tests already carried out

-provide us with some photos/videos of the problem

-it is mandatory to send the printer serial number, accompanied by proof of purchase from our 3Digital store.

We will try to respond to you within 48 working hours.

Please note that by opening a ticket directly with us, we would still need to interface directly with Snapmaker, so response times may take a few days longer due to communication exchanges and time zones with China.
