These Qidi Warranty Policies apply only to Qidi products purchased from the 3Digital website.
What is Covered
Qidi Tech provides 1 year warranty for Qidi printers.
Under this Limited Warranty, Qidi Tech warrants that each Qidi printer you purchase will be free from serious defects under normal use during the warranty period.
How to Obtain Warranty / After-sales Assistance
You can obtain warranty / after-sales assistance by contacting us via email with your valid purchase document. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and some photos for better handling. You can save time troubleshooting by consulting user manuals before contacting us.

Valid purchase document

- Order number of online purchases made through 3Digital
- Sales invoice
- Another test
What Qidi Will Do
Qidi's after-sales support team will try to diagnose and resolve your problem via email. Qidi's after-sales support team may direct you to download and install particular software updates.
If your problem cannot be resolved via email or by applying software updates, Qidi's after-sales service team will arrange parts replacement free of charge if the problem is covered by warranty.
If the problem is a serious manufacturing defect in the Qidi printer, Qidi after-sales service team will decide a partial/full refund/replacement of the printer depending on the degree of failure.
*The right of final interpretation belongs to Qidi Tech.

By requesting after-sales support under this policy, you authorize Qidi Tech to store your contact information, including your name, phone number, shipping address, and email address. Qidi Tech will protect the security of your information.
If you want to take advantage of 3Digital's support, open a ticket by writing to us at support@3digital.tech .
Please note that by opening a ticket directly with us, we would still need to interface directly with Qidi, so response times may take a few days longer due to the exchange of communications and time zones with China.
