AnkerMake Warranty and Repair Policy
Please refer to the policy below for warranty times for various products, as warranty periods vary between models. This limited warranty provided by AnkerMake in no way affects any potential legal warranty provided by law.
Returns
Undamaged products can be returned for a replacement or full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Once the returned item returns to 3Digital's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
1. If the package has not been opened, 3Digital will charge a shipping fee for return and restocking.
2. If the package has been opened, 3Digital will identify whether the return is related to the quality of the product.
- If the return is deemed to be related to the quality of the product, 3Digital will replace the parts and ship the repaired product back to the customer.
- If the return is attributable to just one change of heart, the restocking costs and any costs borne by 3Digital for the return of the product will be charged
3. For any missing parts, such as accessories, cables or filaments, 3Digital will deduct the cost of the missing parts from the total refund amount.
3Digital cannot provide returns in these circumstances

The return request is submitted 14 or more calendar days after receipt of the product.

The returned product is not in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, filaments, manuals, gifts , etc.

3Digital identifies, through evaluations and testing, that manufacturing defects or functional problems have been caused by user error or have no relationship to product quality.

The return was not authorized. Shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded and product refunds will not be processed.

No original proof of purchase is provided or the proof of purchase is counterfeit or altered.

The product or packaging was damaged in transit, but was not rejected upon receipt of the product, and no image or video evidence of the damaged product (including packaging) was provided within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products damaged after delivery due to external forces such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accident, etc.

Repair services performed by unauthorized persons or installation of third-party equipment, such as changed hardware structure and overwritten machine firmware.

The damage is caused by failure to assemble, use and operate the product according to the instructions.
Repair and Replacement Policy

3Digitla will repair your product if we identify, through inspection or testing, that your product is not functioning properly due to manufacturing errors , workmanship, or any other similar cause other than collision, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly of the product.

Please note that different series have different warranty periods.

Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, serial number and problem description.
Warranty conditions

3Digital's limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void for items taken outside of the country in which they were originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

If the incorrect products are returned to 3Digital or if the defective product is not returned, the warranty on replacement items will be void.

If any of the original items or accessories returned to 3Digital for refund or replacement are missing, we have the right to refuse your replacement request or charge corresponding incidentals and additional operating costs.
3Digital is not responsible for:
- Data loss caused by using AnkerMake products.

Returning personal items sent to AnkerMake.

Any damage or loss that occurs during shipping, if the return is due to a non-quality problem. 3Digital does not offer refunds if items are damaged during return shipping.

3Digital reserves the final right of interpretation for the above service policy.

Warranty process
Contact 3Digital via email (support@3digital.tech) providing your purchase document, serial number, and a description of the problem .
3Digital will attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem via email. AnkerMake may direct you to download and install specific hardware or software updates.
If the problem cannot be resolved via email and is covered by the terms of this warranty, AnkerMake will replace the part.
For quality assurance inquiries, new items will be sent . All replacements are guaranteed for the same warranty period as the original defective product.
The following steps describe the refund and refund process:

Contact AnkerMake support (support@digital.tech) and provide :

Valid warranty certificate ;

Order number purchased via the official AnkerMake website;

Description of the problem, including images and videos to help us identify the problem. .

Returned orders :
Once the product has been received, 3Digital will inspect the returned product.

Refund or Replacement:
If the product has quality issues and is received within 14 days of the customer's initial receipt, 3Digital will refund the customer less shipping costs. For a refund of shipping costs it is necessary to provide the purchase document.
