Meltio materials
Metal wire for 3D printing
Meltio's Laser Metal Deposition process achieves exceptional mechanical properties of materials using single and double wire. Choose the ideal welding wire for your application: unlimited third-party material or qualified Meltio Wire materials that guarantee user experience.
Single and double metal 3D printing
Achieve exceptional mechanical properties, thermal stress reduction and near-isotropic properties. Available in welding wire with a diameter between 0.8 and 1.2 mm.
Single thread
Most of the 3D printing process is built around wire, the safest, cleanest and easiest to work with metal raw material.
>99.998% Densification
Meltio's LMD process produces fully dense parts with superior microstructure; reaching up to 99.998% of densification.
Double thread
Combines different metal materials into one part. The wire switching process is automatic, quick and clean.
Layer height
Layer heights from 0.6 to 1.2 mm.
Under some conditions, Meltio's surface roughness using wire exceeds that produced with powder-based processes.
Unlimited choice of third-party materials
